Ideas begin in recurring research pipelines that monitor market shifts, underserved audiences, platform changes, regulation, and weak product categories. Recurrence in that tracking is a directional signal, not proof of demand. Before publication, we examine the buyer, competition, startup cost, likely path to revenue, durability, and reasons the model may fail.

Our editorial standards
- Facts and signals are labeled differently. Published dates, prices, and statistics should be sourced. Appearances in our internal tracking are described as signals, never proof.
- Estimates show their assumptions. Revenue ranges are scenarios, not promises, and should identify the traffic, pricing, conversion, capacity, or commission assumptions behind them.
- Material drawbacks belong in the article. Every opportunity should explain who it is not for and what could make the model fail.
- Commercial relationships are disclosed. Affiliate links or sponsorships do not determine our conclusions. When a relationship exists, it should be disclosed where readers can see it.
- Corrections are made directly. If a factual error is identified, we update the page rather than quietly defending outdated copy.
- Time-sensitive claims are reviewed. Program rules, product pricing, APIs, laws, and deadlines can change and should include dates or updates where relevant.
